Lacking a native solution to visualize and totalize product ad data, often we found ourselves creating manually pivoted sheets from different downloaded spreadsheet reports.
Additionally, as an agency, the process to make changes on each of our client accounts required multiple steps, including downloading bulk files—with 20-30 minutes wait time—and complicated spreadsheet formulas to make changes. This became a very repetitive and time consuming operation as we had to deal with more accounts and hundreds or thousands of campaigns.
The only solution was to transition the advertising daily tasks from spreadsheet and the native console to our own web application, that would include all the features we needed and could not find in any other third party solution.
The app
Built as a much needed all-in-one solution to manage advertising campaigns on a large scale, our app is data driven by nature: granular data is always accessible from the moment an API connection is established without time range limitations.
To comprise management’s mechanical and time consuming tasks, the dashboard incorporates views of all entities, allowing filtering, sorting and adjusting multiple records simultaneously with one action, regardless of which account, campaign or ad group they are included on and of the type of record, saving much needed time and effort to focus on business strategy.
The future
Though the existing app beta is already very flexible and advanced in comparison to the native console, this is just the beginning. We have exciting changes planned—and in development—short and long term, to meet the end goal of becoming the most flexible and comprehensive advertising app in the marketplace
